Energy runs through every living being on planet earth, and beyond. Sometimes the heaviness of the everyday mundane can make us feel as if we are stuck within our vessels and stagnant in our journey. Meditation and mindfulness is essential for those who are impacted by energy and the hustle and bustle of our every day lives. It has been shown that negative energy and heaviness can contribute to inflammation within our bodies which may contribute to many modern day illness. Allowing ourselves to discover awareness, mindfulness and how to cultivate moments of inner serenity or focused healing to help us both personally and collectively heal.
TIPS & METHODS FOR MEDITATION
FOR MEDITATION AND FOCUSED ENERGY HEALING

HOLD METHOD
It is possible that general meditation methods may not easily work for you. Whether it is an overaccumulation of tension or stress, or simply just not being able to get into the proper headspace. This method helps reach a meditative state, however this method is not recommended to repeat more than 3x as it can make you lightheaded, this is not the goal. *Not recommended as a routine meditation practice*

While maintaining a positive posture exhale completely.

Breathe in for 4-8 seconds.

Hold your breath for 5-8 seconds.

Exhale slowly for 5-8 seconds.

Repeat 2-3x

As you progress begin to focus on clarity, your senses, peace/silence of mind, and conscious weightlessness as you are actively guiding yourself into a meditative state.
GENERAL MEDITATION
While maintaining positive posture exhale completely.

Breathe in for 4-8 seconds.

Exhale slowly for 4-8 seconds.

As you repeat this, with every exhale begin to focus more on your breathing rather than what is going on externally, clear out all thoughts, and all internal/external noises. (Do not get frustrated, it may not all happen at once or the first time during meditation, nor is it entirely effortless at first.)

As you progress try to exhale for a few seconds longer than your inhale.

Once you feel clear or in meditative state, remain focused. Resist the urge to fall into sleep.

Once settled into meditative breathing, we can move forward into our desired state.
Whether it is to heighten our senses, clear out stress, focus healing, or collective prayer. Intention in this state is the most important energy. ​


FOCUSED MEDITATION & ENERGY HEALING
Meditation helps us connect with our "true self" beyond the mundane routine of our everyday lives; It can help quiet the noise in our minds, and help de-stress our every day tensions. Meditation can also be used to focus energy and collectively meditate towards many causes. Collective meditation and focused energetic healing revolves around the intentions set and energy expressed while in a meditative state.
These methods do not guarantee any results, however whether you are in a group or alone, focused meditation can bring forth a clarity, unity and hope that may be highly beneficial for moving towards positive collective and personal manifestation.
